•Managing a diverse portfolio of new and existing donors and strategic partners, aiming to raise $1M annually 

•Collaborating farm and Executive  leadership,and market teams to understand priority initiatives and develop organizational strategies, including stakeholder mapping and targeted donor/partner outreach.

•Serving as the primary point of contact for fundraising efforts, ensuring the development of robust fundraising infrastructure, including pipeline management, donor tracking, and creating best practices for donor relationship management and cross-team collaboration.

•Conducting thorough research on prospective donors and strategic partners, building strong relationships by aligning their philanthropic goals with Amber Waves Farm’s mission and priorities.

•Coordinating funding opportunities, managing donor relationships, and ensuring strategic alignment across the farm's programs and initiatives.

•Providing leadership with talking points, materials, and support for donor meetings and engagements to maximize fundraising opportunities and secure capital for the farm's future growth.

•Coordinating the development of compelling fundraising and pitch materials including digital, print, and social content in collaboration with program teams and the communications department to effectively engage donors and partners.

•Managing external consulting support as needed, ensuring alignment with the farm’s fundraising goals and strategy.

•Identifying opportunities for innovation by vetting and engaging celebrities, creators, tastemakers, and collaborators to enhance brand visibility and create emotional connections with customers.

•Overseeing strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships, including project management, relationship development, and cross-functional collaboration across departments such as merchandising, design, and marketing.
